The assembly is taking place at the Mayflower Hotel, 1127 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20036 USA.
All guest room reservations will be made by the logistics coordinator, Capital Meeting Planning. Therefore, please do not contact the hotel directly to make a reservation. When you register for the assembly, you will be asked to provide your arrival and departure dates. A confirmation number will be sent to each guest one week prior to the assembly.
The cost of hotel accommodations for up to three (3) nights in a standard guest room will be paid for by the assembly host. Each participating country can have up to two (2) sponsored representatives. Any additional hotel room nights, upgrade requests, and incidentals are the responsibility of the guest. If a country chooses to send more than two (2) representatives, they are responsible for all expenses of all additional guests.
