2024 CADE Assembly

The 2024 assembly, as in previous years, will provide a forum for regional meetings and the CADE General Assembly. During the CADE General Assembly we look forward to candid panel discussions or presentations on how different countries utilize sports to promote the health and positive socialization of youth, develop and support elite athletes and para athletes, and address challenging issues, including doping in sports and the protection of human rights in the context of sports. The meeting will be based in the historic Mayflower hotel, in the center of downtown Washington and a few blocks from the White House. In addition to the formal agenda, which is still under development, there will be opportunities for informal engagement and for delegates to get to know each other better. The United States is pleased that the International Olympic Committee will attend the meeting and share information about sports development programs and exchanges available in the Americas.
